| 摘 要： | 对我院1990级474名新生进行肝功能3项指标(GPT、TTT和澳抗)检查,结果是466人正常,占总体的98%以上.按参加运动训练的程度将466人分为非体育专业的普通大学生组、以业余训练为主的体育系组和以专业训练为主的运动员组.在3组检查结果比较中发现,GPT均值变化依次减少,TTT单位数逐渐减少,GPT与TTT变化呈显著相关.可以认为,经常参加体育锻炼对人体肝脏机能产生良好的影响.

| Abstract: | Liver function tests of 474 freshmen werec onducted and 466 freshmen, accounting for 98 per cent, were normal in GPT, TTT and HBAg. The normal freshmen were further divided into the ordinary student group, the amateur training group and the professional training group, based on time and intensity of exercise. Comparison was made on the testing results of the three groups. The mean values of GPT and the units of TTT gradually decreased. Significant correlation existed between changes of GPT and TTT. It is concluded that regular exercise may cause favourable changes of the liver function. |
