不同力量训练即刻下肢CMJ纵跳能力变化的研究

摘    要:设计了静蹲训练与静蹲施加振动干预训练两种训练方式,分别在30 s、45 s和60 s训练时间后即刻测试CMJ纵跳水平,并与未进行该实验前初始水平进行比较分析,以及对实验组之间进行对比分析,以研究在静蹲训练中施加振动干预后即刻下肢CMJ纵跳能力的变化。

Abstract:This research designs two training modes,namely,the quiet squat and static squatting on vibration,separately in 30 seconds,45 seconds and 60 seconds after training time to test CMJ and vertical jump level immediately and makes a comparison with the initial level before the experiment and a comparative analysis among the experimental groups to explore the changes of CMJ lower longitudinal jumping ability immediately tested after the quiet squat and static squatting on vibration.
