少年女子柔道运动员1年训练前后形态、机能的变化及特点

摘    要:对北京体育大学竞技体校少年女子柔道队部分队员1年系统训练前后的一般形态,身体成份和PWC170机能的变化进行了测定,并探讨了1年前后各项指标的变化以及PWC170机能与一般形态、身体成份之间的相互关系。实验结果表明:1)北京体育大学竞体少年女子柔道运动员1年训练前后体重、体重/身高、瘦体重(去脂体重)、瘦体重/身高、PWC170指标,均有显著提高;2)少年女柔运动员体重、体脂%、瘦体重/身高、胸围/身高指数均显著高于一般女大学生;3)在相关分析显示瘦体重与PWC170机能显著正相关,且本文通过追踪调查,对提出的由瘦体重(kg)推测PWC170(kg.m/min)的回归方程进行了验证。

Abstract:After a year's systematic training, the general forms, body composition and PWC170 functions of the juvenile female judo athletes of the Competitive School, Beijing Sport University were surveyed and the changes of index before and after a year's training as well as the relations between PWC170 functions, general forms and body composition were explored. The result of the experiment shows that: 1) After one-year training, the athletes' weight, weight/height, thin weight (fat-free weight), thin weight/height and PWC170 index were enhanced; 2) The weight, body fat (%), thin weight/height, chest measurement/height index of these athletes were much higher than those of average girl students; 3) Through relative analysis, it shows that thin weight is in the direct proportion of PWC170 function; besides, through trace investigations, the paper validates the PWC170 (kg.m/min)regression equation by means of thin weight (kg)
