| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查和观察访谈法。在 2 0 0 0年 ,2 0 0 1年两次冬训中 ,对全国高水平成年女子足球队 12支队伍的现状进行了调查和研究。对目前我国女子足球的管理体制、经费来源以及教练员、运动员的基本情况有了一定的了解。通过研究发现 ,目前我国女子足球管理体制尚不明确 ,既有计划经济体制下的行政管理 ,又有市场经济体制下的俱乐部管理形式 ;女子足球普及面窄 ,后继乏人 ,没有形成良好的梯队建设 ;经费严重缺少 ,女超联赛没有看点 ,缺少高水平的比赛 ;教练员队伍不够稳定 ,需要专门培训提高。应该重视女子足球运动的发展 ,制定相关的政策与措施 ,保证我国女子足球能继续保持世界领先地位。 |

| Abstract: | The present situation of 12 Chinese high-level adult women football teams attending the 2000 and 2001 winter training was investigated and studied through questionnaires, observations and visiting. The present management system, fund sources, basic conditions of the coaches and the players in the Chinese women football teams are clear. It was found that at present the management system of the Chinese football teams is still indeterminate. The forms of their management are different, some are of the administration brought about by the planned economy, while the other are of the club-type under the market economic system. In China women football hasn't been very well popularized and there are lack of adequate fund and successors. An orderly system of succession hasn't been formed. The Chinese national women super league has not strong appeal to the audience. The unstable coach population requires to be trained and to raise their level. So attention should be paid to the development of the women football, and related policy and measures should be established in order that the Chinese women football can hold the lead in the world continuously. |
