| 摘 要： | 为了解知识分子的健康状况,对河南省知识分子较为集中的高校进行抽样调查,调查和研究河南省知识分子的健康状况及亚健康状态,探讨知识分子亚健康状态的发生原因、影响因素及预防对策.对促进知识分子的健康意识和健康行为,提高知识分子的健康水平、工作效率和生活质量,为制定知识分子保健措施,采取相应的预防对策提供科学依据.

| Abstract: | With the method of sampling investigation,the health and sub-health state of the intellectuals in universities of Henan province are researched in order to probe into causes,influencing factors and countermeasures of sub-health state.The results will contribute to promoting the health consciousness and health behaviors of the intellectuals and improving the intellectuals' health level,work efficiency and life quality.This will provide scientific references for drawing up intellectuals' health care measures and the countermeasures of sub-health state. |
