| 摘 要： | 通过对农村维吾尔族学校体育教师队伍现状调研 ,对新疆目前少数民族中小学体育教师的素质、工作、待遇状况有一基本了解。针对现状进行了客观分析 ,为今后少数民族体育教师队伍的发展方向 ,培养目标提出了建议 ,旨在于对 2 1世纪少数民族学校体育工作的发展起到积极影响。

| Abstract: | The present situation of the physical education teachers in rural Uygur schools was investigated and studied. The present states of the constitutions, work and treatment of the PE teachers in middle and primary schools of Xinjiang national minorities were basically understood. The situation was analyzed objectively. Suggestions were made on the training purpose and the direction of the future development of PE teachers of the national minorities so as to play a positive role in developing school physical education of the national minorities in the 21st century. |
