| 摘 要： | 高校"扩招"是一项有益于满足人民群众根本利益的喜事.但由于施教维度,即观念意识、场地设施、教师资源等准备不足,各校既出现了一些共性问题,也出现了不少个性问题.以安徽师范大学体育教育专业为视点,从学生体育意识与基础、教学计划改革下的"多能一专"的学习、教师职业倦怠因素等,探讨了普通高等师范院校造成体育教育专业生专业素养不足的问题及潜在可能放大的因素所在,以及试图应对的一些建设性对策.

| Abstract: | It is well accepted that "enlarged enrollment in higher education" can be seen as a kind of wonderful reforms which benefit to fulfill the requirements of the public interests. However it is also recognized by researchers that there existed a number of ordinary problems as well as some specific problems in higher education, since the implementation of this policy was challenged by several difficulties, such as the lack of sports facilities and instruments, the problems of viewpoints, insufficient sources of P.E. teachers and so on. Adopted the specialty of P.E. in Anhui Normal University as the research subject, this study explored the reasons of students' with insufficient specialty competence and its potential factors which perhaps lead to the enlarged problems in the future, thereby providing several proposed and constructive strategies. The main research contents include college students' physical consciousness and foundation, "multiple skills learning with one specialty" under the direction of P.E. teaching reforms, and low-level professionalism of P.E. teachers. |
