| 摘 要： | 随着研究的逐渐深入和实验技术的改进,人们对细胞骨架有了丰富的认识.细胞骨架包括微丝、微管和中等纤维,其在细胞中具有多种重要的生物学功能.在骨骼肌细胞中细胞骨架按位置不同分为肌小节内、肌小节外和肌细胞膜骨架蛋白.结蛋白desmin是骨骼肌细胞中主要的中等纤维, 是重要的骨架蛋白.整联蛋白integrins和抗肌营养不良蛋白dystrophin复合物通过亚细胞膜分子和跨膜分子将骨骼肌的收缩成分与细胞外基质相连.细胞骨架能稳定肌小节结构,由于肌节过度伸展或蛋白酶激活可能会损伤骨架蛋白.这些可能是运动训练造成肌肉微损伤和骨骼肌疾病症状,例如肌营养不良症的机制. |

| Abstract: | With the depth of research and the improvement of experiment techniques,the people have obtained a better understanding about the cytoskeleton.The cytoskeleton is composed of microfilament,microtubule and intermediate filament, which have important biological functions.Based on the different position in skeletal muscle cells,the cytoskeleton can be divided into the intrasarcomeric,the extrasarcomeric and the subsarcolemmal cytoskeleton.Desmin,as the main intermediate filament protein in skeletal muscle cells,is of great importance in the construction of cytoskeleton.The muscular contractile myofilament apparatus adheres through subsarcolemmal and transmembrane molecules to the surronding extracellular matrix with integrins and dystrophin associated chains of molecules being the two main adhesion complexes.Cytoskeletal proteins stabilize the sarcomeric structure and might be injured either by the overextended sarcomeres or by activation of prot-eases.These mechanisms are potential to the symptoms of muscle disease,such as muscular dystrophy. |
