| 摘 要： | 道教是中国土生土长的民族宗教,道教文化中的"乐生、重生";"我命在我、不在于天";"神形兼修"等思想浸润着中国传统体育的发展,从道教文化的角度去审视中国传统体育,为多视角考察中国传统体育发展,拓展了更为广阔的路径.

| Abstract: | Taoism is a national religion of China. The ideas of Taoist culture no urish the development of traditional Chinese sports, such as happy-go-life, laying stress on life, my life is controlled by myself but not by the Heaven, cultivating the heart and the body. To examine the traditional Chinese sports from Taoist culture, we can investigate the development of traditional Chinese sports with various angles and open up a broader path for further development. |
