| 摘 要： | 体质测试运用GMJG-IV型国民体质测定仪器采用IC卡自动测量,并由电脑对采集的数据进行分析评价,目的是研究浙江省直机关人员的体质现状,并提出相关建议.结论:超重和肥胖现象比较普遍,但体重不足的女性也占有一定的比例;肺活量和总体心血管机能水平不高;上肢力量较差,下肢力量较好;男性的身体柔韧性较差,女性的身体柔韧性较好;肌体神经系统功能较好;身体的平衡能力较好.建议:对机关人员的体质测评制度化;各单位适当地提供运动场地、设施和体育指导;各机关人员根据自身不同的体质情况,选择适当的身体锻炼方式和生活方式.

| Abstract: | The GMJG-IV machine is used to test people's physique and the relative statistics are recorded automatically by IC card.Computer is used to make analysis.The study aims to know physique condition of the provincial government employees in Zhejiang province and offers some advice to physical exercise.The results are as follows: Many people are either overweight or fat.Some of female workers are underweight.All in all,their breath system is not good enough and the function of their cardiovascular system is poor.They have strong legs and weak arms.Men's flexility is poor and as better for women.They have good sense of balance and response quickly.The advices are as follows: A set of system should be created to evaluate physique condition of the provincial government employees.Department of the provincial government should offer conditions for people to do sports.All people should select some suitable methods to do physical exercises. |
