| 摘 要： | "跳远助跑速度绝对利用率"是指:运动员踏板瞬间人体重心水平速度与运动员平跑中人体重心最高水平速度(绝对速度)的比值.它能更好地反映助跑速度对于起跳的贡献以及助跑最后一步过渡技术的发挥情况.

| Abstract: | The concept, absolute utilization rate of approach speed in long jump refers to the ratio of the athlete's horizontal speed of CG at the moment of taking off to his/her absolute speed in running. It can rightly reflect the contribution of approach speed to the take off and the exertion of transition skill in the last step of the approach. |
