| 摘 要： | 通过对改革开放以来中国群众体育发展的三个大阶段即恢复发展阶段、调整发展阶段和改革发展阶段的论述分析,总结了改革开放以来我国群众体育发展的基本经验,认为:今后十年,随着全民健身计划的继续实施,2008年奥运会的筹办和举办,我国群众体育也将保持一个持续、快速、健康发展的总体态势;群众体育在社会中的地位与作用更加凸显,人们参与体育的程度将更加普及.我国群众体育的管理体制和运行机制将会随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善和体育改革的不断深化,更加适应群众体育发展的要求.场地设施建设、组织建设、法规建设、各种体育活动的广泛开展、引导体育消费将是今后一段时间群众体育工作的主要任务.生活化、社会化、法制化、产业化、科学化将成为群众体育发展的主要趋势.

| Abstract: | By having an analysis on those three periods: the recovery period, adjusting period, reforms and developing period of the progress in mass sports of China since China's reform and opening, this thesis summarizes the basic experience of the development of the mass sports in China. The conclusions drawn are following: With the execution of the Outline of the nationwide body-building plan, the mass sports of China will keep a standing, fast and healthy trend. The status of mass sports will be higher and it will be more important in Chinese society and people will participate in sports more popularly. The management system and the operation system of the mass sports will be more adjustable to the development of the mass sports with the perfection of the marketing economic system and the deepening of the reform of sports. The main task of mass sports in the following years is to build more sports sites and facilities, to found more sports organizations, to perfect the sports laws, to organize more sports activities and to lead to the sports consumption actively. The main trend of the development of mass sports is that it will be an important part of one's life and it will be socialized, legalized, industrialized and scientific. |
