运动与铁代谢

摘    要:长期、剧烈的运动训练可以导致铁代谢的紊乱,从而引发机体缺铁的发生,也是导致运动性贫血发生的重要原因。运动导致缺铁引起铁代谢失调可能与运动导致铁吸收下降、摄入不足、铁丢失增加、不良的饮食习惯、溶血以及机体应激有关。反映机体铁代谢状况的指标有了一定的研究,血清铁、血清铁蛋白浓度、转铁蛋白浓度以及其它指标的变化在一定程度上可以反映机体铁代谢状况,并在运动实践中用于监测运动员铁状况以及铁制剂服用效果的观察。在运动实践中铁制剂的补充对防治铁缺乏具有一定的效果,但针对性不强,缺乏指标与应用效果的更好的结合。

Exercise and Iron Metabolism
Abstract:Long term and strenuous exercise training can be responsible for the disorder of iron metabolism, which induces the formation of iron deficiency in the body. It is also the important reason for the occurrence of sports anemia. The disorder of iron metabolism because of iron deficiency induced by exercise relates to the decrease of iron absorption, deficiency of iron intake, increase of iron lose, irrational dietetic habit, hemolysis and stress of the body. The indexes reflecting the iron metabolism of the body were studied. The changes of serum iron, serum ferritin, transferritin level and other indexes are able to reflect the status of iron metabolism of the body to a certain extent and they are applied in exercise to inspect the status of iron change and observe the effects of iron preparation administration in the athletes. During exercise the supplement of iron preparation has a certain effect on the prevention of iron deficiency, but the indexes were not very well combined with the application effects, so they were of poor pertinence.
