| 摘 要： | 当前我国党和政府正在"文化强国"的战略下吹响文化复兴的号角。在此视角下,民族传统体育文化既应该是我国政府体育公共服务的重要内容,也应该作为政府体育公共职能的重要手段得到强化。具体内容包括推进制度创新,完善与丰富发展民族传统体育文化公共服务制度体系;基于民族传统体育的多元文化特征,建立体育与文化、教育等部门的协作与共享机制;突出抓好民族传统体育文化项目的纵向史学考究与横向整理推广;民族传统体育公共服务体系建设中强化社会力量的引导与支持,提高公共产品和服务供给能力;坚持"民族特色、因地制宜"原则,多渠道多元化满足民族大众体育公共文化需求;加强民族传统体育文化产业化培育与政策支持等。

| Abstract: | Currently,the CPC and the Chinese government sounded the horn of cultural renaissance in the "cultural power" strategy.Under this perspective,the national traditional sports culture should not only be the important content of sports public service of the government,but also should be the important means to strengthen the government public function.Its specific content includes facilitating system innovation,improving and enriching the development of the public service system of the national traditional sports culture.Based on the characteristics of the national traditional sports culture,a coordinating and sharing system between sports,culture and education shall be established.The longitudinal history research and the horizontal summary and promotion of the national traditional sports and cultural events shall be strengthened.In the building of the national traditional sports public service system,the guidance and support of the public strength shall be enhanced.And the supply capacity of the public goods and service shall be promoted.The principle of the national characteristics and local adjustment shall be adhered.The demand of the public for the sports public culture shall be satisfied by different channels and sectors.The national traditional sports culture industry shall be nurtured and supported by the policies. |
