| 摘 要： | 在当前战略性经济体制转轨时期,建立在计划经济体制下的中国体育的人才培养制度暴露出许多缺陷和问题是必然的.阐述了增强体育人才市场流动性对我国完善体育人才培养的举国体制的重要性,并运用经济学的研究方法探讨增强体育人才市场流动性的途径.

| Abstract: | During the current period of strategic transition of economic systems, it is inevitable to found out lots of shortcomings and problems in the cultivate system of Chinese sport talents based on the market economy system. The authors explained the importance of enhancing the liquidity of the sport talents market in order to upholding and further improving the centraliged national system for cultivating sport talents. Further, with economic principles, they discussed the ways to realize it. |
