摘    要:通过不同负荷运动训练实验,结果表明:1)小负荷的运动训练可以降低安静时RBCM上MDA含量,提高其抗氧化酶SOD活性,大负荷的训练则产生相反的结果.2)小负荷的运动训练通过改善RBCM脂质组成,增加P/C比值,增强其抗氧化能力等RBCM流动性,使红细胞的变形能力加强,有利于其运氧功能的发挥.3)RBCM上SA含量的力竭运动后均下降,训练后H组RBCM上SA也下降,提示老年红细胞的比例增加,整体携氧能力下降.

Abstract:The study reaches the following conclusions: 1)Light loaded training can reduce MDA content on RBCM when being quiet, and improve SOD activity. Heavy loaded training produces an opposite effect;2)Light loaded training raises RBCM fluidity by means of modifying lipid composition of RBCM, increasing P/C, improving their body's anti oxidative capability and so on. Powerful deforming ability in RBC makes the carriage of oxygen more efficiently.3)SA content on RBCM which is regarded as one of indexes reflecting RBC's oldness degree decreases in every group after exhaustive exercise, so does it in H after training. It shows that the proportion of old RBC increases and body's capability to carry oxygen is weakened.
