| 摘 要： | 摘要：该研究以我国艺术体操竞赛资源为研究对象，运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法展开研究，用系统的视角全面分析和整合我国艺术体操竞赛的各种资源，对重点资源进行优化配置，加强我国艺术体操竞赛资源的开发和利用，以提高我国艺术体操竞赛水平。结论如下:1)我国艺术体操竞赛资源包括物质资源、人力资源、科技资源和品牌资源，绝大多数来源于政府，少数来源于市场；2)竞赛资源配置模式主要包括：政府机制配置模式、市场机制配置模式、混合机制配置模式；3)我国艺术体操竞赛资源配置方式属于政府主导下的混合机制配置模式，在此模式下，我国艺术体操竞赛资源无法得到最大化的合理配置，影响了艺术体操项目市场化进程。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Taking rhythmic gymnastics competition resources in China as the research object, using the method of documentary, expert interview and questionnaire investigation, this study comprehensively analyzed the various resources of China rhythmic gymnastics competition from the system perspective, optimized the allocation of key resource, strengthened the development and utilization of China rhythmic gymnastics competition resources, for improving the level of China rhythmic gymnastics competition. Conclusions: 1) The China rhythmic gymnastics competition resources include material resource, human resource, science and technology resource and brand resource, and the most of them come from government, the minority come from market. 2) The allocation mode of competition resources mainly includes government allocation mode, market allocation model, and mixed allocation mode. 3) The allocation mode of China rhythmic gymnastics competition resources is mixed allocation mode under government leading, which affects the reasonable allocation of competition resources and affects the marketization process of rhythmic gymnastics. |
