健美操专项课素质教育模式的研究与实践

摘    要:通过以终身体育思想为主线 ,以影响教学模式运行的五大操作要素 ,即 :教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、考试内容及方法为主要研究内容 ,在查阅国内外文献资料及调研国内外教学模式的基础上 ,结合高等院校健美操教学的实际情况、创建、实验并实施了以培养学生终身体育意识、增强体质、提高能力为核心 ;以启发学生学习的自主性和创造性为重要内容 ,以全面提高学生素质为目的健美操专项课素质教育模式。为我国高等院校健美操教学的改革提供了新的实践经验

Abstract:The masterstroke of this study is the thinking of life long physical education. The main contents of the study are the five operational elements, which affect the teaching mode. They are the teaching aim, contents, methods, the teaching measures as well as the contents and methods of examination. Based on consulting literature and materials as well as studying and investigating teaching modes at home and abroad, combining with the practical situation of body building teaching in colleges and universities in China the quality oriented educational model of the body building specific course was established, experimented and put into practice. The core of the model is to cultivate the students' life long physical education consciousness to streng then their physique and to improve their competence. The main contents of the model are to enlighten the students' independence and creativity in study, and the aim of the model is to improve the students' quality entirely. Thus, the new experience in practice was provided for body building teaching reform in institutions of higher learning in China.
