| 摘 要： | 健康相关的体质是生活方式相关代谢性疾病早亡的独立预测因子,从身体成分、心肺耐力、肌肉力量与耐力、柔韧性四个方面加强儿童青少年健康相关体质指标的测评是了解青少年健康的重要途径。以美国FITNESSGRAM标准化体质测评为背景和依据,对上海城区7~17岁学生进行FITNESSGRAM相关项目的体质测评,分析并了解上海城区7~17岁男女学生健康体质测试成绩现状,并通过效标参考标准合格率的比较,了解上海学生健康相关体质水平与美国的差异,为进一步完善我国青少年体质健康测量评价指标体系而寻找突破口。

| Abstract: | Health-related physical fitness is independent predictors of premature death about lifestyle-related metabolic disease,including body composition,cardiorespiratory endurance,muscular strength and endurance,flexibility.On basis of FITNESSGRAM standardization measure and evaluation,the study apply FITNESSGRAM indices to measure and evaluate the standard physical fitness of the students aged from 7 to 17 in Shanghai downtown,analyzes the test results and to understand the relation physical fitness and health status of the students.By comparing the passing rate about criterion reference standards,the paper indentifies the differences of health-related physical fitness levels of students between Shanghai and United States,and to find a breakthrough in improving the physical health of young people evaluation system in the future. |
