强调摆动腿踝关节背屈上栏的效果研究

摘    要:为研究摆动腿踝关节背屈上栏对跨栏跑技术的影响,采用配对对比实验法、影片分析法及资料统计法,对学生的学习效果进行分析.结果表明:强调摆动腿踝关节背屈上栏,能有效提高学生的起跨速度和下栏着地速度,有效控制过栏时身体重心的波动,符合现代"跑栏"技术.

Abstract:To research on effects of taking hurdles by ankle dorsal flexion of the swinging leg the methods of comparison and experiment by matching, film analysis and data statistics were applied to analyze the students' learning effect. It was indicated that by emphasizing the method of taking hurdles by ankle dorsal flexion of the swinging leg the speed of the drive up and the drive down off the hurdle will be effectively improved, and the fluctuation of the center of gravity of the body when getting over the hurdles will be effectively controlled, which accord with the modern technique of hurdling.
