| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法与访谈法探讨我国足球场观众暴力现状与问题,首先回顾了我国足球场观众暴力的发展进程,提出了足球场观众暴力不是舶来品的观点,并指出了我国足球场观众暴力呈现与国际接轨和低龄化的发展趋势;其次,辨析了有关足球场暴力方面的几个关键词,讨论了我国足球迷闹事事件的界定问题,并对足球场观众暴力的社会安全阀理论以及防范应对策略等问题进行了初步研讨;最后,建议加快我国反球场暴力立法的进程.

| Abstract: | Based on the documents and interviews, problems of soccer spectator violence in China are studied. The paper firstly reviews the developmental process of soccer spectator violence in China, and proposes that soccer spectator violence in China doesn't come from the abroad. Its results show that the trend of soccer spectator violence in China is to approach the international level and low ages. The of soccer spectator violence and the judgment on soccer fan riot are analyzed. In the meantime, our discussion centers on the theory of social safe valve and the strategies to deal with soccer spectator violence. In the end, the author suggests that the legislation of anti-violence in sports should be carried out as soon as possible. The results will provide the references to tackle soccer spectator violence in China. |
