| 摘 要： | 以体育终身思想和健康体育为主线,用微观原理研究我国普通高校体育健身教学模式.通过对国、内外有关教学模式的研究,在前人研究的基础上,结合我国普通高校的实际情况,归纳、演绎出--体育超市教学模式,并进行长达3年的教学实验和追踪研究,为我国体育教学开拓了新的实践经验.

| Abstract: | Taking the thought of lifelong sports and wellbeing sports as the main streams, the paper researched the educational model of physical education and fitness at Chinese ordinary universities with the microcosmic theories. Through the studies on the Chinese and foreign educational models and on the basis of the previous research, the paper combined the realities of Chinese ordinary universities, summed up and deduced the educational model of sport supermarket and made a 3-year teaching experiment and follow-up study, thus exploring new practice and experiences for Chinese physical education. |
