不同锻炼方式对大学生焦虑和抑郁的影响差异性研究

摘    要:通过实验法,探索不同锻炼方式对大学生的焦虑和抑郁的影响效果差异,以便采用不同形式的体育锻炼方法来降低大学生的焦虑和抑郁水平,以便更好维护和促进他们的心理健康,同时丰富他们的业余生活。经过12周的实验研究,结果显示:1)体育锻炼能够降低大学生的焦虑和抑郁水平;2)篮球和长跑对降低大学生焦虑水平没有显著性差异;3)篮球比长跑更有利于降低大学生抑郁水平。

Abstract:By experiment the paper tries to reveal the influence of different ways of exercises on college students' anxiety and dumps in order to apply different sports to reduce their anxiety and dumps,promote their mental health,and enrich their life in spare time.Through an experiment of 12 weeks,it concludes that: 1) sport exercises can reduce college students' anxiety and dumps;2) basketball and long distance running have no remarkable difference on reducing their anxiety;3) basketball performs better than long distance running on reducing their dumps.
