| 摘 要： | 到本世纪末,高校体育教师队伍已呈年轻化,青年教师将成为新世纪高校体育的重要力量。但是,目前高校青年体育教师在职称、学历结构方面还有较大差距,理论水平和科研能力总体水平还比较低。通过对青年体育教师培养方向与措施进行探讨,试图为建设一支高质量的跨世纪青年体育教师队伍提供有益的启示

| Abstract: | At the end of this century the physical education teachers in colleges and universities have become younger and younger. The young teachers will become the important forces of physical education in colleges and universities in the new century. However, at present they are insufficient in structures of title and educational background. Their theoretical level and scientific research ability are rather low on the whole. Thus, the direction and measures of young PE teachers training were discussed, trying to provide a beneficial inspiration for building a young PE teachers troop of high quality, which will stride across two centuries. |
