| Abstract: | The special perspective that draws on the chain of "conception-notionidea" may contribute to figuring out the development track of PE reform in China in the past two decades.However,the practices of PE reforms also guided people to pay special attention on the changes of popular words.It is proposed that we should reflect "concept" emphasize "notion" and use "idea" properly. |
