| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查与实地考察访谈相结合的方法,就普通高校大学生实施体育教育的现状进行研究,发现学生的体育课质量不高,课余体育活动严重缺失,集中反映了在校大学生缺少优质体育教育的问题,分析认为主要与当前普通高校体育教育观念上模糊不清,组织管理不力,教师教育学生的知识能力先天不足和学生普遍缺乏自主活动能力等因素有关,提出了牢固树立学校体育必须以育人为重点全的全新思想理念、构建学生终身受益的体育课程教材、认真上好体育课培养学生自主活动能力和强化组织管理确保体育教育教学质量等改进建议。
