| 摘 要： | 将系统自组织演化理论引入到体育课程教学的学习和锻炼系统中，从而揭示出该系统的自组织性及其规律和学生自组织能力的构成及其培养。探讨了体育教学过程与学生学练系统优化的基本条件等问题，旨在为现代体育教学中教师教的系统与学生学练系统的研究提供一个新的视角，更好地丰富、完善和发展体育教学理论与方法体系。

| Abstract: | The theory of self--organization evolvement of the system was introduced into the learning andpracticing system of physical education teaching, so that self--organization and rules of the system as well asthe structure and cultivation of the students' self -- organization were revealed. The basic condition of thephysical education teaching process and the optimization of the students' learning and practicing system werediscussed. And a new angle of view for the study of the teaching system of teachers as well as the learningand practicing system of students in modern physical education teaching was provided. Thus, the system ofphysical education teaching theory and methods were enriched, perfected and developed. |
