| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法 ,对我国 2 1名优秀男子链球运动员的力量素质进行了研究。筛选出对链球运动成绩有显著影响的主要力量素质指标 ,建立了我国优秀男子链球运动员力量素质发展水平的评价模型 ,并指定出相应的评价标准。为科学诊断链球运动员力量素质发展水平 ,最优地控制力量训练过程 ,提高训练效率提供参考。

| Abstract: | The strength levels of 21 Chinese elite male hammer throwers were analyzed by looking up literature, by investigation and by mathematical statistics. The important indexes of strength, which remarkably affected the results of the hammer throwers, were screened out. The model for evaluating the strength development in the Chinese elite male hammer throwers was established and the relevant standards were appointed. The purpose is to provide reference for scientifically diagnosing the strength development of the hammer throwers to better control the strength training process so as to improve the training efficiency. |
