| 摘 要： | 通过对运动员培养模式问题的思考、剖析、探索;选择符合中国社会政治、经济现阶段实际情况需要的运动员培养模式,对我国体育事业的健康发展,对提升体育事业在我国各项事业中的作用和地位,充分发挥体育在促进国民健康、促进精神文明建设、促进和谐社会建的设作用,都具有重要而深远的意义.为了保证既坚持常规学习,又尽力服务于金牌的目标,北京体育大学培养优秀运动员采取了亦读亦训、科学训练、研训结合的模式.这一培养模式大大提高了运动员培养的高效率,缩短了人才培养的周期,减少了人才的浪费,是体教结合、双赢互惠的典范,为现阶段培养有文化、高素质的优秀运动员开创了新的途径.

| Abstract: | By pondering,analyzing,and probing into the cultivation mode of athletes,it is very important to choose a cultivation mode which adapts to Chinese society,politics,and economy because it can promote the healthful development of Chinese sport culture and physical education,improve the status and significance of physical education,promote Chinese people's health,contribute to the construction of spiritual civilization,and contribute to building a harmonious society.In order to ensure winning more gold medals and persisting in normal study,Beijing Sport University uses the mode of Studying meanwhile training,scientifically training,and researching meanwhile training.It has greatly improved the efficiency of cultivating athletes,shortened the period of cultivating talents,and reduced the waste of talents,so it is the model of the combination of training and education and win-win situation.It is the new way to cultivate well-educated and excellent athletes at this phase. |
