| 摘 要： | 江苏残疾人运动员在各种残疾人运动会上取得了辉煌的成绩.一批年龄大、职称高、运动员等级高、教练年限长的教练员队伍发挥了关键作用.残疾人运动员的"生活剪刀差"是他们刻苦训练的动力,残疾人运动员的政治待遇和经济奖励对他们形成了有效的激励机制.江苏残疾人体育协会的专业化管理、情报服务作用、委托培养形式,推动了残疾人竞技体育的成功发展.残疾人福利企业功不可没.

| Abstract: | The disabled athletes in Jiangsu Province have won a series of splendid achievements in various kinds of games, in which some experienced coaches who enjoy high technical titles, high sport levels and long coaching years have played a key role. The motive of these disabled athletes in their hard training is from their disability to deal with everyday life. However, the rewards they enjoy politically and financially constitute an effective stimulating system. The professional management, information service and entrusting training for the disabled athletes of the Jiangsu Disabled Sports Association have greatly promoted the successful development of sports for the disabled. Besides, the welfare enterprises give contributions to sports for the disabled. |
