摘    要:采用BECKMAN自动生化分析仪对游泳过度训练的SD大鼠心肌局部肌酸激酶(CK),天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)及其同功酶和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性进行了测试分析。结果表明,一般运动训练心肌局部CK、AST 及其同功酶和SOD、LDH 活性显著性升高;过度训练导致心肌局部上述酶活性显著性降低。提示一般运动训练使心肌有氧和无氧供能系统加强,过度训练导致心肌发生过度疲劳性损伤

Abstract:The activities of creatine kinase (CK), aspartate aminol transferase (AST)and their isozyme as well as activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in myocardium of swimming overtraining SD rats were determined and analyzed under conditions of BECKMAN 42 automatic biochemical analyzer. The results showed that in general exercise training group the activities of CK, AST and their isozyme as well as activities of SOD and LDH were significantly elevated, compared with the control group. Overtraining induced the remarkable decrease of those enzymes in myocardium. It was suggested that during general exercise training the myocardial aerobic and anaerobic energy supply systems were intensified, but overtraining induced injuries of myocardial overfatigue.
