| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、调查研究法和同异反分析法对体育与非体育人口在锻炼习惯形成因素上的差异进行分析研究.结果表明,二者在接受来自学校和家庭的体育教育和支持方面差距较小,在对体育的认识、锻炼时对外部条件的依赖程度和所处锻炼环境方面存在一定差距,在体育特长和锻炼情感方面存在较大差距,在体育兴趣和余暇时间上存在相当差距.

| Abstract: | With the methods of documentary data,investigation,and the sameness and difference counter-analysis,the similarities and differences between sport population and non-sport population's factors of affecting the formation of physical exercise habits are researched.The results are as follows.There is little difference between the two groups concerning the physical education and support from schools and families.There are certain differences in their cognizance of physical exercises,counting on outward conditions and environments of sports.There are many differences in their sporting skills and experiences.There are many differences in their interests in sport and free time. |
