| 摘 要： | 为了获得体育大学生安静状态下心电图QRS波群数据的特征。测试了 16 2例健康体育大学生心电图 ,并对QRS波群的形态、时距宽度和各波的电压振幅统计分析。结果表明 :体育大学生的QRS波群男生比女生波型复杂、各波电压均值高和正常变异现象多 ;QRS波各波振幅均值、肢导联低电压和心室高电压现象及V1导联的Rs和宽S波型发生率介于一般健康人和运动员 ,V1、和V5导联RS波形发生率高于运动员 ,时宽超出 0 .10s仅见于男生 ,比率接近一般人群。提示心电图检查分析时 ,体育大学生、一般健康人和运动员 ,男女生之间应予以区别。

| Abstract: | In order to study the characteristics of the QRS complexes of quiet ECG in sports-majored students, the ECG in 162 sports majors was examined and a statistical analysis was made of the contours, duration and voltages of the QRS complexes. The results showed that the contours of the QRS complexes in the male students were more complex than those in the female students, the mean voltages of each wave of the QRS complexes higher and the physiologic variations of the QRS more common; and that the mean amplitude of each wave of the QRS complexes, and the occurrence rates of low voltage in the limb leads, high voltage of the ventricle, RS, Rs and wide S wave in lead V1 were between those in non-athletes and those in athletes, while the occurrence rate of RS wave in lead V1 and V5 was higher than that in athletes, the duration exceeding 0.10 s was seen only in the male students, with a rate close to that of average people. Therefore, it was suggested that differences of the ECG should be considered among sports majors, non-athletes, athletes, and male and female students while analyzing ECG. |
