| 摘 要： | 在现有条件下为寻求等速运动肌电图研究的方法，探讨股四头肌各头在膝关节不同角度、不同运动速度时肌电变化的特点，以16名男青年为试验对象，分别在BIODEX等速测力计及膝关节练习器上测定坐位伸膝肌力和股四头肌表面3个头的肌电图，对肌电积分值等指标进行分析。初步了解了等速运动肌力、肌电指标的变化规律；发现用肌电积分值百分比来分析股四头肌表面3个头对伸膝发力的贡献，虽有很大个体差异，但不同运动速度、不同关节运动角度、不同侧肢体等因素对其均无明显影响，可用于康复功能评定。此外，还对不同伸膝练习的作用和膝关节急慢性损伤等速运动肌电图的改变进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | The EMG characteristics of quadriceps contracting in different ROM and velocities were approached to look for the methods of studying the isokinetic EMG under the given condition. The subjects were 16 young men. Muscle strength during knee extension was determined,and the EMG of VM,RF,and VL was collected on the Biodex Multijoint Testing and Rehabilitation System. IEMG and other indexes were calculated. Some regulations of isokinetic muscle strength and EMG were found out. It was found that although the contribution of VM,RF and VL to knee extension,analysed by the IEMG% was different with individuals,it was not significantly in fluenced by such factors as the velocity,ROM and limbs of either side. It may be used in the functional evaluation of rehabilitation. Besides,the role of the knee extensor exercises and the change of the isokinetic EMG of the knee joints in acute and chronic injury were approached initially. |
