| Abstract: | As part of the national culture, the traditional sports of the minority people in the northeast of China is composed of not only competitive sport forms but also physical exercises which are recreational, interesting and good for fitness. Its unique feature has filtered into traditional Chinese sports and hence enriched the Chinese culture. |
