| 摘 要： | 传统力量训练方法已难以满足日益增长的体操技术对运动员专项力量的要求。采用肌肉功能电刺激结合常规方法对中国体操男队备战奥运会的张津京、范斌进行系统力量训练，对李小双、李大双、黄华东、黄力平进行恢复放松训练，其实验方案简明、实用、可行、便于操作，得到中国体操男队的采用；其实验效果明显，受到运动员和教练员的欢迎，为我国体操男队获奥运会团体亚军、个人全能和单项名次作出了贡献。研究结果显示，肌肉功能电刺激可以成为体操专项力量训练的新途径。

| Abstract: | It is obvious that conventional strength-training methods are becoming more and more difficult to meet the increasing demand of modern gymnastic techniques for specific strength-training. To prepare for the 26th Olympic Games, the Electrical Muscle-Stimulating Functional Instrument, combined with conventional strength-training means, was adopted in the systemetic strength-training program of the Chinese gymnasts,Zhang Jinjing and Fan Bing. The instrument was also used by Li Xiaoshuang, Li Dashuang, Huang Huadongand Huang Liping for the purpose of relaxation and recovery. Because of the simple, practical, available and easy to operate experimental program, this new strength-training means was adopted by the Chinese male gymnastic team. Remarkable experimental results were achieved. It contributed to the performance.of the Chinese male gymnasts, winning the runner-up, the individual all-around champion and the ranks of other individual events in the 26th Olympic Games. The results indicated that the EMSF instrument can be regarded as a new approach of gymnastic strength-training. |
