| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料和案例研究对有氧健身课程和有氧健身课程体系的概念进行界定。对普通高校体育课程体系的建构进行理论与实践的研究,探索有氧健身系列课程在高校体育课教学中存在的问题,揭示有氧健身课程教学规律,建构有氧健身课程的课内外、校内外"一体化"的教学模式,为普通高校的体育课程改革和建设提供参考。
