| 摘 要： | 在普通高校大力推行俱乐部型体育教学模式的背景下,新的教学模式对体育教师的运动技能提出新的要求。本文通过俱乐部型体育教学模式对体育教师运动技能水平的要求、以及如何提高教师的运动技能,并对其进行相应的机制分析,试图为普通高校体育教师如何在俱乐部型体育教学模式下更好的完成体育教学工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | In the context of the popularity of the club-type P.E.teaching mode in the higher education institutes,the requirements to the P.E.teachers' sport techniques are changed.This paper defines these new requirements,proposes the ways to enhance the sport techniques of the P.E.teachers and analyzes relative mechanism so as to provide references to the better completion of the P.E.teaching by the P.E.teachers under this teaching model. |
