| 摘 要： | 针对华东地区11所高等师范院校体育教育专业938名毕业生的就业期望与现状的调查显示:体育教育专业毕业生的就业率及就业满意度呈下降趋势,就业期望与现状存在较大的落差,毕业生就业的自我期望值过高,就业目标意识茫然。造成毕业生就业期望与实际就业落差的因素是多元的,必须有针对性地加强对大学生的就业指导工作,健全毕业生就业市场服务体系,大力推进体育教育专业课程体系改革等。
