摘    要:为进一步了解免疫机能与运动的关系,采用小鼠的实验组与对照组的免疫器官、绵羊红细胞(SRBC)介导的细胞免疫、体液免疫及单核吞噬细胞的观察.发现试验组在大强度运动后,其免疫器官重量无显著变化.而免疫细胞功能明显下降,体液免疫虽有下降趋势, 但不如免疫细胞明显.而对单核吞噬细胞系统的功能则产生抑制作用,这种免疫抑制可能会导致人体的某些损伤

Abstract:In order to further understand the relationship between immune function and exercise, the cellular immunity, humoral immunity and mononuclear phagocyte conducted by immune organs and SRBC in the experimental group and the control group of mice were observed. It was found that the immune organs of the experiment group did not change remarkably in weight after exercises of high intensity, but the immunocyte function decreased remarkably. Although the humoral immunity showed a decreasing tendency, its decrease was not so apparent as the immunocytes. It inhibited the function of the mononuclear phagocyte system. This kind of immunosuppression would probably lead to injuries Of the body.
