| 摘 要： | 通过<优秀运动员意志品质评价量表>对我国724名职业足球运动员的意志品质进行了测量,并用方差分析、多重比较和独立样本T检验对数据进行了统计学分析.结果表明:不同年龄、不同训练年限、不同位置、不同运动等级、入选不同级别队伍和参加不同级别比赛的职业足球运动员意志品质呈现出不同的特征,为教练员有针对性的提高运动员的意志品质提供了理论依据和实践指导.

| Abstract: | By Elite Players' Will and Character Scale,724 Chinese professional football players' will and character are measured.Analysis of variance,multiple comparison and independent samples T test are used to analyze it.Conclusion: Professional football players of different ages,years of training,positions,sport grades,team levels and match levels have different wills and characters.The paper provides theoretical reference and practice guide for coaches improving players' will and character. |
