| 摘 要： | 研究旨在系统了解浙江省普通高校学生参加课外体育活动现状,并发现存在的主要问题,为进一步改善学校体育工作提供依据.研究表明,浙江省普通高校有75%学生对课外体育活动抱有兴趣,健身、娱乐等是学生参加课外体育活动的重要价值取向.有79%的学生能经常不同程度地参加课外体育活动,也有25%的学生从不参加课外活动.从调查中发现场地器材少和学习负担过重是学生课外体育锻炼的重要障碍.建议各高校要进一步认真贯彻有关法规制度.改变学生参加课外体育活动不足的现象,从而达到提高学生体质的目的.

| Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of the participation in physical activities after class in undergraduates of general colleges and universities in Zhejiang province of China and to find out the major existing problems so as to provide basis for the further improvement of physical education in schools. The results showed that among those undergraduates there were 75% who were interested in physical activities, which value orientation is body building exercises and entertainment. 79% of the undergraduates regularly took part in physical activities in varying degrees, but 25% of them never. In the investigation it was found that the main obstacles of their participation are the insufficient of grounds and equipments as well as the overloading of their study. It was suggested that colleges and universities should carry out the rules of law conscientiously, change the phenomena of the insufficient participation of students in physical activities after class so as to achieve the goal of improving the students' physique. |
