摘    要:争先赛是奥运会女子场地自行车项目.争先赛资格赛200 m计时赛是场地自行车速度负荷强度极高的项目.行进间200 m计时赛的弯道骑行技术是影响专项速度能力的决定性因素.而且,也是全程技术动作过程中最复杂、掌握和控制难度较高的技术环节.运动生物力学是科学监控和诊断该项目在高速骑行状态下技术动作的有效方法手段.通过研究发现在弯道骑行过程中存在的问题,为提高专项技术训练的质量和效果提供可靠依据.

Abstract:Sprint is one of the women track cycling events in the Olympic Games. The 200m. time trail in the qualifying trails of sprint is the event which needs the highest speed and intensity in track cycling. The riding skillat the turn during the flying 200m. time trail is not only the determinant factor which directly influences the cyclist's specific speed, but is also the most complex technical link, difficult to master and control. Exercise biomechanics is the scientific and effective method to supervise and diagnose the cyclists' technical movements under the high-speed racing condition. In this study the problems existing in the course of riding at the turn were found out so as to provide reliable gist for improving the quality and effects of specific technical training.
