| 摘 要： | 运动员同企业家、管理者一样应拥有自身的人力资本,运动员的人力资本是经过长期艰苦的运动训练形成的,故有其特殊性.运动员人力资本同样存在着产权问题,然而与物质资本最大的不同是运动员人力资本的载体是运动员自身.运动员人力资本产权具有排他性、可分解性和可交易性.运动员人力资本载体并非天然是运动员人力资本产权主体.人力资本与其载体不可分离的特性,决定了在运动员人力资本所有权与其自身分离的情况下,可能导致人力资本产权的残缺.

| Abstract: | Athletes should enjoy their own human capitals just like entrepreneurs and managers.Because their own human capitals are created through long-term hard training,they contain particularities.Although the property rights also exist in athletes' human capitals,there are still the differences between them and those of the material capitals.The carrier of athletes' human capitals is athletes themselves.Property rights of athletes' human capitals are exclusive,disposable and can be exchanged.The carrier of athletes' human capitals is not naturally the main body of the property rights of athletes' human capitals.When the ownership of athletes is separated with athletes themselves,athletes' human capitals are probably misshapen. |
