摘    要:对40年来我国优秀女子跳高运动员进行了深人调查,发现第一、二代运动员的跳高成绩随训练年限和年龄增长而不断提高,同时把最高成绩表现在最佳年龄阶段。而第三代运动员训练年限平均较短,退役年龄偏早,训练时间、手段与负荷比老一代运动员明显减少,身体素质发展不全面,基本功不扎实,严重影响了运动水平的进一步提高。同时发现,我国女子跳高运动员出成绩的趋势表现出双高峰现象与世界优秀女子跳高选手出成绩的规律相一致,符合人体生理发育规律和运动训练规律。

Abstract:The states of the Chinese elite female high jumpers over the past 40 years were thoroughly investigated. It was found that the results of the high jumpers of the first and second generations improved continuously with their age and number of years set for training. And the best results appeared at the best time ofage. In the third generation jumpers the average number of years set for training was shorter and their ages ofretirement from sport were earlier. The duration and measures of their training and their training loads wereremarkably less than those of the older generation jumpers. Therefore, their physical fitness development wasimperfect and their basic skills were insufficient, which seriously affected the further improvement of theirtraining level. It was also found that the trend of the Chinese female high jumpers to get good results was atwo-peak phenomenon. That was consistent with the laws of the elite female high jumpers of the world andwas in conformity with the physiological growth laws of the body and the laws of exercise training.
