| 摘 要： | 学生体质健康标准测试指标三学年跟踪研究结果表明:江南大学2002级学生身体形态发展状况良好,明显好于全国大学生平均水平,女生在身体发育匀称度和营养状况不断改善同时,身体机能水平同步提高,而男生身体机能水平却未能同步提高.营养不良、较低体重的检出率逐年下降,表明营养状况明显改善,但男生肥胖比例明显增多且呈上升趋势.速度素质不断提高,握力和仰卧起坐先升后降,耐力素质整体呈下降趋势.体质健康标准成绩总体呈偏态分布,评分结果明显偏高.

| Abstract: | The three years continuous research results of students' physique health standard are as follows.02 grade students' body form development conditions in Jiangnan University are good and obviously better than the nation-wide average level of college student.Girl Students' body growth symmetrical degree and nutrition conditions are unceasingly improved at the same time.Their body function horizontal synchronism rise,but boy students' body function level could not rise at the same time.The inspection rate of malnutrition and lower weight drops year by year,which shows that nutrition conditions improve obviously,but boy students' fat proportion grows obviously.Speed quality unceasingly rises,after grip and sit-ups raise first and then fall,and the whole students' endurance quality drop.Physique health standard record overall submit form distribution,but the mark result is obviously high.Strength and endurance quality should be improved with professional training,heart lung function be improved,normal body form be maintained,extracurricular sport activities be developed normally by order,and students' physique health standard are appropriately divided into the test indexes. |
