| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对国内优秀空手道运动员技术、战术的跟踪分析与研究,整理出空手道组手比赛的技战术运用特点,总结制胜规律,直接为运动员参赛提供指导;在教练员、运动员中树立战术对比赛获胜的重要性,从而加深对该项目的认识。方法:分别采用了文献资料法,问卷调查法,数理统计法,录像观察法和专家调查法。结论:中国空手道组手运动员存在技术组合与连续进攻能力亟待提高,运动员技战术配合简单,对战术理解与临场使用能力不强,技术训练中应加强拳法组合与连续进攻的比重;体能训练中以力量素质为代表的专项体能素质亟待加强。
