动力性牵拉对大学生立定跳远成绩的影响

摘    要:为了研究动力性牵拉作为热身方式时对大学生立定跳远的影响。采用实验的方法对郑州大学5个院系的250名在校大学生进行实验,采取5种实验方法,即分别用动力性牵拉(DS)、静力性牵拉(SS)、无牵拉(N)、动力性牵拉+静力性牵拉(DSSS)、静力性牵拉+动力性牵拉(SS-DS)对受试者干预,并测试即刻干预和休息5 min后的立定跳远成绩。结果表明,含有动力性牵拉的热身方式干预的立定跳远成绩要高于无牵拉和静力性牵拉的热身方式(P<0.05),并且休息5 min后的干预效果与即刻干预效果差异性不显著(P>0.05),说明动力性牵拉能有效提高大学生立定跳远成绩,并且具有一定的延续性和稳定性。

Abstract:Objective:The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of dynamic stretching on the performance of the standing long jump of the university students.Method: This study had experiments on 250 college students of 5 departments of Zhengzhou University.The five kinds of experimental methods included dynamic stretching(DS),static stretching(SS),no stretching(N),dynamic stretching+ static stretching(DSSS),static stretching+ dynamic stretching(SSDS).The performances of the standing long jump were tested immediately after the intervention and after five minutes break.Result: The result indicated that the performance standing long jump with the intervention of the dynamic stretching was better than that without stretching and that with static stretching(P<0.05).Furthermore,it was not significant that DS was taken at once between after 5 minutes(P>0.05).conclusion: The results demonstrated that dynamic stretching had a positive impact on the standing long jump of the colleges and this effect had some continuity and stability.
