| 摘 要： | 依据流体力学原理,设计外形类似把张开的伞,固定在运动员身后的一种后负荷阻力训练辅助器材.它解决"拖重物"抗阻跑对场地的破坏和尘灰对环境污染的现象,对提高运动员腿部力量,增加步幅,效果优于常用手段.丰富和发展了我国田径运动辅助训练器材,具有较好的推广与应用价值. |

| Abstract: | According to the theory of flow mechanics, the resistance dress is designed like an open umbrella that is fixed as a kind of resistance training device behind the athlete. It can solve the problem of dragging a heavy object along which destroys the sports ground and brings about dust thus polluting the environment. The device could strengthen the power of the thigh muscles and extending the stride. Its results is better than using the ordinary device. The resistance dress enriches and develops the equipment for track and field, which is worth promotion and application. |
