| 摘 要： | 近60年特别是近几年来,中国网球人以一往无前的进取精神和"摸石过河"的创新实践,艰辛付出、不懈奋斗,运动成绩屡创中国网球历史,实现了竞技实力和水平的跨越式提高和国际竞争力、影响力的大幅提升,初步形成了中国特色的网球管理和训练理论体系。为实现网球项目的全面、协调、可持续发展的奋斗目标,我们应顺应时代发展的潮流和趋势,以科学发展观为统领,用世界的眼光、战略的思维,改革创新的精神,系统筹划中国竞技的网球发展未来,全面推进中国特色网球运动的快速健康发展,不断提高国际竞争力和可持续发展能力,为实现中国体育由体育大国向体育强国目标迈进作出贡献。
